G-Body LS swap fitment notes

Kits and headers are made for the GM LH8 oil pan. A Cadillac CTS-V pan can add ground clearance on lowered cars.
Headers clear the factory A/C box, power steering box and power brakes.
No tunnel changes for automatics. A T-56 needs a new shifter hole.
Headers suit T-56, 4L60E, 4L65E, 6L80 and 6L90 transmissions.
Headers are designed around a floor shifter. Column shift linkage needs changes.
Short shelf frames must be drilled for the extra crossmember bracket.
Kits do not work with the factory clutch Z-bar, and driveshaft length changes.

Which oil pan should I use?

Muscle Rods G-Body kits and headers are made for the GM LH8 oil pan. A Cadillac CTS-V pan can add ground clearance on lowered cars.

Will a T-56 fit without cutting the tunnel?

Automatics need no tunnel changes. A T-56 needs a new shifter hole. Some cars may still need tunnel or firewall clearancing because bodies and frames vary.
