S-10 2WD LS Swap Hose and Line Kits

Hose and line kits for an LS in a 1982-2004 2WD S-10 or S-15 Sonoma pickup. On later trucks the stock tank stays: BRP pump kits put a Walbro or Aeromotive pump on the factory sending unit with fittings for a BRP fuel line kit. Cooler lines and a braided steering hose round it out.

What comes in the S-10 line kits

Both fuel kits bring black jacketed stainless braided hose with a PTFE core, clamps and threaded two piece fittings for the rail.
An OE style filter and regulator in one unit keeps 6601-00 at 58 psi.
6605-00 has a standalone filter and an adjustable regulator with a vacuum or boost port.
Each cooler kit ends in the fittings needed at the transmission and at the radiator.

S-10 2WD line fitment notes

BRP lists a 255 LPH Walbro pump kit for the 1994-1995 S-10 pickup and 255 or 340 LPH kits for 1996-2005 S10s.
No BRP pump kit is listed for 1982-1993 trucks.
The guide warns the tunnel body seam lip may need bending over to clear some transmissions.
Plan on high mount accessories. The guide says the stock low mount A/C compressor will not work without heavy frame changes.

BRP pump kits for 1996-2005 S10s go on your existing sending unit, so the stock tank stays. Each kit has fittings for a BRP fuel line kit.

Which fuel line kit pairs with the S-10 pump kits?

BRP does not name one. Its line kits are labeled for 255 LPH and 400 LPH tanks, and the S-10 pumps are 255 or 340 LPH.

Which cooler line kit fits a 4L60E in an S-10?

The 4L60E kit. It also lists Powerglide, TH350, TH400, 200R4 and 4L70E.

Will the steering hose kit reach an S-10 steering box?

It is listed for early and late style boxes with the new style LS pump. BRP does not name the S-10 box, so check yours first.
