1988-1998 C1500 LS Hose and Line Kits

Fuel, cooler and steering line kits for an LS in a 1988-1998 2WD Chevy or GMC C1500. The C1500 keeps its factory tank here: BRP pumps drop onto the stock sending unit and come with fittings to hook to a BRP fuel line kit. Add the cooler kit for your automatic and a braided steering hose.

What comes in the C1500 line kits

Both fuel kits carry PTFE lined stainless braided hose with a black cover, clamps and a 2-piece screw together rail fitting.
The 255 LPH kit keeps pressure at 58 psi with one OE style filter and regulator unit.
The 400 LPH kit comes with a filter plus an adjustable regulator that has a boost reference port.
Steering kit: covered stainless braided high pressure supply and a nylon race grade return.

1988-1998 2WD truck line fitment notes

The 1987-1997 GM truck pump kit uses a Walbro 255 LPH pump on your existing sending unit.
For a 1998 truck, BRP lists a Walbro 255 LPH kit and an Aeromotive 340 LPH kit for the stock sending unit.
The guide says large case 6L80E and 6L90E automatics fit the C1500 tunnel as is, which pairs with the 6L80E-10L90E cooler kit.
Per the guide, LS truck style power steering fits this chassis well, and the steering kit starts at the new style LS pump.
