1977-1995 G20 Van LS Hose and Line Kits

Hose and line kits for an LS in a 1977-1995 Chevy G10, G20 or G30 van. The van swap kit is sold with a 4L80E, and the 4L80E cooler line kit is made for that transmission. Fuel kits and a braided steering hose kit round out the plumbing.

What comes in the van line kits

The 4L80E cooler kit has what you need from the transmission to the radiator, using black covered braided high pressure hose.
Each fuel kit runs from the tank to the LS fuel rail with covered PTFE braided line, line clamps and connectors.
6601-00 holds 58 psi through an OE style filter and regulator combo. 6605-00 has an adjustable regulator and its own filter.
The steering kit pairs a braided pressure line with a nylon return for the new style LS pump.

1977-1995 G-van line fitment notes

BRP names the 4L80E in the van swap kit title. The 4L60E and 6L80E-10L90E cooler kits are listed here too if you use a different automatic.
BRP rates 6601-00 for its 255 LPH tanks and 6605-00 for its 400 LPH tanks. The van page lists Aeromotive Phantom pump kits at 200 and 340 LPH, and no source says which line kit suits them.
Both fuel kits are for returnless LS rails only.
With no G-van guide, routing and clearance for these lines are not documented by BRP.

The swap kit is named with a 4L80E, and the 4L80E cooler line kit is made for the 4L80E and 4L85E.

Which fuel line kit should I use with the Phantom 340 pump in my van tank?

BRP has not said. Its fuel kits are rated for its own 255 LPH and 400 LPH tanks, so check with BRP before you order.

Does the steering hose kit fit a G20 steering box?

BRP says it connects the new style LS pump to early and late style boxes, but it does not name the G-van box.
