Fuel pump kits

Each kit puts an in-tank pump on your existing sending unit. The listings name 1994-1995 S-10 pickups (Walbro 255 LPH) and 1996-2005 S10 (Walbro 255 or Aeromotive 340 LPH).

S-10 Blazer LS swap fitment notes

The kit keeps the correct drivetrain angle, which heads off driveline vibration.
A T56, 4L60E or 4L80E goes in with no tunnel modifications. Some cases need the pinch weld seam flattened to clear the bellhousing.
Plan on the LH8 oil pan. The kit is designed around it.
For best results, run a Corvette balancer and water pump with the Short accessory drive brackets.
The stock low-mount A/C compressor will not fit without heavy frame work.
Factory LS F-Body and GTO accessory systems do not work here. Camaro and truck LS accessories stick out far enough to hit the radiator and fan.
Going in with the engine and transmission bolted together? Unbolt the body bushings and raise the body slightly off the frame.

Does the kit fit a GMC Jimmy?

Yes. The kit is listed for the 1982-2005 2WD Chevy S10 Blazer and the 1982-2005 2WD GMC S15 Jimmy.

Which transmissions fit without cutting the tunnel?

T56, 4L60E and 4L80E. Some installs need the pinch weld seam flattened so the bellhousing clears.

Which oil pan should I use?

The LH8 oil pan. The Blazer kit is designed to be used with it.

Can I keep my A/C?

Not with the stock low-mount compressor, which needs heavy frame changes. Use high-mount accessories. BRP lists the Short drives for this chassis on its Blazer accessory drive page.
