Two small parts keep the dash useful in a 1968-1974 Nova or Ventura with an LS. One gives a traditional tachometer or shift light an rpm signal it can read, since the LS fires its coils with no distributor. The other lets the engine take a traditional oil pressure gauge sensor.
Mounts, crossmember, headers and drives for the third gen Nova are on the 1968-1974 X-Body Nova LS page. For Nova owners comparing other chassis, the LS swap gauge components hub has the full set.
Part facts are from the BRP listings. For the rest of the swap, see the 1968-1974 X-Body install guide.
Yes, with the Tach Adapter. The LS has no distributor, so the adapter produces a signal a factory or aftermarket traditional tach, or a shift light, can use.
No. BRP offers this Nova-page version without its LS harness, leaving the wiring layout to you.
Install the Oil Pressure Adapter Fitting, then thread a traditional pressure gauge sensor into it.
