Each cooler kit runs transmission to radiator with braided high pressure hose and the right fittings.
The 6L80E-10L90E cooler kit includes a billet manifold that bolts to the transmission.
The fuel kits carry Teflon lined braided line, line clamps and screw together fittings at the rail.
Steering kit: braided high pressure supply line and a nylon race-grade low pressure return.

1964-1967 A-Body line fitment notes

Every A-Body EFI tank BRP lists comes with a 255 LPH or a 400 LPH pump. Use 6601-00 with 255 LPH and 6605-00 with 400 LPH.
The 255 LPH kit regulates to 58 psi. The 400 LPH kit adds an adjustable regulator with a boost reference port for supercharged or turbo engines.
Running a 4L60E, 4L65E, 4L70E, 4L80E, 6L80E or 8L90E? The A-Body guide says these need tunnel work in the small 1964-1967 tunnel.
The A-Body guide requires high-mount A/C and alternator brackets to clear the frame.

Which cooler lines fit a 4L60E in a 1964-1967 Chevelle?

The 4L60E transmission cooler line kit. It also covers the Powerglide, TH350, TH400, 200R4 and 4L70E.

Is there a cooler line kit for a 6L80E or 8L90E A-Body swap?

Yes. The 6L80E-10L90E kit covers the 6L80E, 6L90E, 8L90E and 10L90E and adds a billet manifold at the transmission.

Which fuel line kit goes with my GTO or Chevelle EFI tank?

Check the pump size in the tank name. A 255 LPH tank takes the 6601-00 kit and a 400 LPH tank takes the 6605-00 kit.

Do the fuel kits work with an early LS that has a return line?

No. BRP builds both kits for returnless fuel rails and points early return-style rails to a different kit.
