1977-1995 G10 G20 G30 Van LS Gauge Components

Gauge parts for a 1977-1995 Chevy G10, G20 or G30 van that has been swapped to LS power. Pick up the tach adapter to feed a traditional tachometer or shift light from a distributorless ignition, and the adapter fitting that lets the engine use a traditional oil pressure gauge sensor.

  • Feeds traditional tachs and shift lights
  • Wire it your way, no harness
  • Traditional oil pressure sender

The van swap kit, engine mounts and fuel pump kits are on the 1977-1995 G10, G20 and G30 van LS page. Every BRP gauge part is listed under LS swap gauge components.

What each G-van gauge part does

  • Tach Adapter: a signal adapter for distributorless ignition that runs a factory or aftermarket traditional tach or a shift light.
  • Oil Pressure Adapter Fitting: gives a traditional pressure gauge sensor a threaded spot on the LS.

G10, G20 and G30 gauge notes

  • The tach adapter on this page is the custom-wiring version, without the BRP LS harness.
  • These are not van-specific parts. BRP lists the identical pair across its LS chassis gauge pages.
  • BRP has not posted a G-van install guide, so dash wiring and sensor placement in the van are not documented.

Part details come from the BRP product listings. No G-van install guide is posted yet.

1977-1995 G-van LS gauge FAQ

Will the tach in my LS swapped G20 van still work?

It can, if it is a traditional tach. The Tach Adapter converts the distributorless LS signal so a factory or aftermarket traditional tach, or a shift light, can read it.

Is there a harness with the van tach adapter?

No. This one is offered without the BRP LS harness for custom applications.

How do I add an oil pressure gauge to the LS in a G-van?

Install the Oil Pressure Adapter Fitting so the LS can take a traditional pressure gauge sensor.
