1991-1996 B-Body LS swap fitment notes

A 1998-2002 F-Body alternator clears the frame with room to spare. The F-Body A/C compressor does not, so a Muscle Rods high-mount A/C bracket is needed.
The LH8 pan works at stock ride height. For a lowered car the guide recommends the Moroso high clearance pan.
A 6L80E or 6L90E needs tunnel work near the tailshaft housing. A T-56 needs it around the shifter.
Mid-length headers clear the stock column shift linkage, which lines up with the 4L60E shift shaft.
Long tube headers fit once the front crossmember frame brace is removed. Mid-length headers leave the brace in place.
Plan on pulling the starter to fit either set of headers.
The ignition coils clear the factory A/C box and power brake booster where they sit from the factory.
The crossmember brackets bolt through the original crossmember holes, with a secondary bracket backing up the driver side.
The radiators also fit a 1991-1993 Caprice or Roadmaster when paired with the 1994-1996 expansion tank.

Which cars is the 1991-1996 B-Body kit for?

The kit builder lists the 1994-1996 Impala, 1991-1996 Caprice and 1991-1996 Roadmaster. The long tube headers and radiators also name the Impala SS, Caprice and Roadmaster.

Which engine mounts fit my year?

The 502-1302-00 mounts are listed for 1977-1993 Caprice, and the 602-1302-00 mounts for 1994-1996 B-Body cars. The Multi-Fit kit lists the 1991-1993 Caprice among its applications.

Can I keep my column shifter?

Yes, per the install guide. The stock column linkage clears the mid-length headers and lines up with the 4L60E shift shaft.

Do I need a new fuel tank?

The fuel pump kits here go onto your existing sending unit and include the fittings to hook up to the BRP fuel line kit. Choose the Walbro 255 LPH or the Aeromotive 340 LPH pump.
