Fuel, transmission cooler and power steering line kits for a 1962-1967 Chevy II or Nova running an LS. The fuel kits pair with the BRP Chevy II EFI tanks by pump size, the cooler kits are sorted by automatic, and one braided hose kit links the LS steering pump to an early or late box.

  • Fuel kits matched to 255 or 400 LPH tanks
  • 3 cooler kits by automatic family
  • Braided, black covered stainless line

The 1962-1965 and 1966-1967 Chevy II EFI tanks are on the 1962-1967 Nova LS page. Transmission tunnel notes come from the 1962-1967 Chevy II Nova LS install guide.

What the Nova line kits include

  • Fuel kits run from the tank to the LS fuel rail with PTFE lined, braided and covered stainless line.
  • The 255 LPH kit uses an OE style filter and regulator set to 58 psi; the 400 LPH kit has an adjustable regulator with a boost port.
  • Cooler kits cover transmission to radiator, and the 6L80E-10L90E kit adds a billet manifold at the transmission.
  • The steering kit pairs a braided high pressure supply line with a nylon low pressure return.

1962-1967 Nova fitment notes

  • Chevy II EFI tanks with the 255 LPH pump are rated to about 550 hp and take the 6601-00 kit. The 400 LPH tanks take 6605-00.
  • Both fuel kits are for returnless rails. BRP points early LS rails with a return line to a different kit.
  • The guide says a 4L60E clears the Nova tunnel without changes, while a T-56 needs tunnel work.
  • With the BRP mounts the engine sits centered in the bay instead of offset, which the guide says leaves more room for accessories.
