1963-1972 truck LT fitment notes

  • BRP names the LTX1 kit for 1964-1972 C10 trucks and describes it as a GM truck LT mount and crossmember kit.
  • The crossmember sold on its own is marked 2WD only.
  • The LT long tubes list the 1963-1972 Chevy C-10 and GMC C-15, the 1969-1972 2WD K5 Blazer, the 1970-1972 2WD Jimmy and the 1963-1972 2WD Suburban.
  • Those long tubes have 3/8 inch flanges, come with gaskets and bolts, and are designed for use with the Muscle Rods mount kit.
  • The EFI tanks are custom mounted under the rear frame rails behind the axle, and mounting requires drilling.
  • Each tank holds 18 gallons, is internally baffled and carries a Walbro 400 LPH pump that BRP rates up to 750 hp.
  • Sending units match the factory gauges: 0-30 ohm on the 1963-1966 tanks and 0-90 ohm on the 1967-1972 tanks.
  • Radiators come in automatic or manual versions, bare or with dual fans installed.

Fitment is taken from the BRP product listings. No 1963-1972 GM truck LT install guide is posted, so tunnel, oil pan and steering clearance are not covered here.
