The crossmember brackets use the original frame mounting holes.
Transmission options
Order this kit for an LS paired with a T-56 or TR-6060, 4L60E to 4L70E, 4L80E or 4L85E, 6L80E to 10L90E, TH400, or Powerglide, TH350 or 4-speed.
Transmission notes
- 4L60E and 4L80E: no tunnel modification.
- T56: tunnel modification around the shifter.
- 6L80E and 6L90E: tunnel modification near the tailshaft housing.
Oil pan, headers and A/C
- LH8 oil pan works at factory ride height. For lowered cars, the BRP Moroso High Clearance pan is recommended.
- Long-tube headers require removing the front crossmember frame brace. Mid-length headers do not.
- 1998-2002 F-body A/C does not clear the frame. Use the MuscleRods high-mount A/C bracket.
