This Chevy Vega LS swap kit mounts an LS engine and 4L60E transmission in a 1971-1977 Chevy Vega. The Muscle Rods LSX36 kit comes in two versions by build date: 1971 to early 1975, or mid 1975 to 1977.

Transmission options
Both versions are for an LS paired with a 4L60E. The kit is not offered for other transmissions. When you order, pick the version that matches when your car was built:
- 71-early 75 Vega LS with 4L60E
- mid 75-1977 Vega LS with 4L60E
If your Vega was built in 1975, confirm whether it is an early or mid-year car before you order.
