Conversion Kit Information BRP’s Muscle Rod line of conversion kits are designed in the cars they are intended to be used in using real LS engines and OEM LS oil pans. This ensures that our kits fit best and positions the motor so you do not have to cut up your frame or your oil pan. Kits are assembled and welded in our own custom built jigs using Lincoln MIG and TIG welders. Engine mounts and frame mounts are made of tough 1/4” thick laser cut cold rolled steel. Our transmission cross members are made of .125 wall 1 ¾” O.D. tubing or .125 wall 1 ½” O.D. tubing depending on the length and vehicle it’s going in. All frame mounts whenever possible are designed to bolt into the vehicles original factory frame holes. This eliminates guess work on where to position the engine for best fitment of accessory, oil pan, and hedder clearance. All parts are powder coated in Du Pont silver to match our hedders. Components of our kits are backed by a life time warranty. If any part or bushing fails or breaks, we will replace it free of charge. All you pay is shipping.

Hedder Information BRP’s Muscle Rod line of hedders are designed around our conversion kits and to be used with them. We cannot guarantee fitment of our hedders with a custom built or other manufactures conversion kit, however; our mid-length hedders do tend to work with other mounts as they do not have the clearance issues that the long tubes have. Hedders are made of lightweight mild steel featuring a laser cut 3/8” thick flange at the head. The primary tubes are positioned to work with the timing of the LS style engines; this improves exhaust scavenging. Primaries are also tuned length to make the most horsepower. These features are the reason our hedders have produced more horsepower on the dyno than others. You can expect a 20-25 rear wheel horsepower gain running our mid-length hedders over stock manifolds and a 30-45 rear wheel horsepower gain over stock manifolds when running our long tube hedders. All the hedders we offer come with a high temp ceramic silver coating for long life and durability. Mid-length hedders have a ball and socket type collector that does away with leaks associated with traditional style collectors. Long tube hedders come with a bolt on collector available in either 3” or 3 ½” diameters. All of our hedders include gaskets, hardware, O2 bungs and collector extensions. Sizes range from 1 5/8” to 1 ¾” primaries for the mid-length hedders. Sizes range from 1 ¾” to 2” primaries for the long tube hedders. We also offer stepped hedders in 1 ¾” stepped to 1 7/8” or 1 7/8” stepped to 2”.
